Fundaflix Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 

 

  1. Subscription and Billing:
  • This cancellation policy applies to users who subscribe to the Fundaflix online education platform and pay a monthly fee of R49 per user account. 
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via debit/credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or Mobicred). 

 

  1. Cancellation Process:
  • Users can cancel anytime via the Fundaflix platform under “Account Settings” > “Subscription Management. 
  • To initiate cancellation, users must log in to their account and follow the prompts provided in the account settings or subscription management section. 
  • Alternatively, users may submit a cancellation request in writing via email to support@fundaflix.net. 
  • The cancellation request must include the account holder’s full name, registered email address, and user account name. 
  • If users signed up using an MTN number, they may also cancel via SMS, dial *123# and opt-out. 

 

  1. Cancellation Effective Date:
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. 
  • Users will retain access to the platform until the end of their current paid subscription period. 
  • For example, if a user’s billing cycle ends on the 15th of each month and they cancel on the 5th, their access will continue until the 15th of that month. 

 

  1. Refunds:
  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for are provided for partial months or unused service. 
  • Users may dispute billing errors by contacting support within 7 days of the charge. 

 

  1. Account Deactivation:
  • Upon cancellation, the user’s account will be deactivated at the end of the current billing cycle. 
  • All user data associated with the account may be retained for a period 1 month for administrative purposes. After this period, data may be permanently deleted. 
  • If a user wishes to have their data deleted immediately upon cancellation, they must send an explicit request to support@fundaflix.net. 
  • Users may request immediate deletion via email, and this will take 48 hours to process. 

 

  1. Changes to the Cancellation Policy:
  • Fundaflix reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. 
  • Users will be notified of any changes to the policy via email or through a notification on the platform. 
  • Continued use of the platform after any changes to the policy constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
